Summer Reading Prizes have all been drawn. In the top prize drawer at the Ref Desk, there is a brown envelope with all of the winner names/contact info, along with backup winners and the gift cards and passes. Tangible prizes are on a cart in the break room.
If a person comes in to claim their prize, find their raffle ticket in the brown envelope. This year, I did not assign prizes, so each winner can pick the prize they like best within their category (e.g. an Annual Pass Winner has to choose from the Annual Passes; they cannot take a Tangible Prize or Gift Card). Once the winner has chosen a prize, please have them fill out an Award Certification Form (also in the brown envelope) and throw away their raffle ticket (so we know their prize has been claimed). Completed Award Certification Forms can go to Spring.
